Bike for work
No problems while booking. The opening hours make it a little complicated to pick-up or return the bike.
Bike quality ok, they avoid to give me a light for biking in the evening, the one on the bike wasn't working.
Overall acceptable.
Future thought: delivery and pick-up of the bike at hotel?

Cannes to Antibes day trip
I booked our rental via WhatsApp several weeks prior to our trip. That communication went well. I was clear about our intended plan to bike to Antibes and back to Cannes. I was specific about what we needed and even told them what bikes we used at home. When we arrived, we were given a cruising bike. Their cell phone holder was too small for our phones. They discouraged us from taking helmets (we should have). We weren't happy with our bikes. They were too heavy and we were not able to access all the gears due to the sluggishness of the bike. We weren't able to make it to Antibes mainly because the bikes were so difficult to work with, so slow and sluggish. On the way back to Cannes my chain came off. Fortunately, my husband was able to put it back on. Apparently, it was too loose.
I don't feel like they were paying attention to what we needed (despite my clarity of what we wanted) so provided us with something entirely unsuitable for our trip. I would not recommend using them.
